Dr Jennifer Hein

Lecturer in Church History and Systematic Theology

Jennifer had successful careers in the Commonwealth Public Service and commission sales of cosmetics before returning to study as a mature age student. She completed her doctorate on the historical memory of The Salvation Army in South Australia.

Her research interests include Salvation Army history and theology, Wesleyan history and theology, and South Australian Church history.

Jennifer is a member of the Australasian Centre for Wesleyan Research, a Council Member of the South Australian Historical Society and an Executive Member of the Salvation Army Historical Society.

She worships at North east corps of The Salvation Army. In her spare time she goes geocaching and enjoys building Lego.
